why would we need this?
if some Uber driver robbed or killed you, you could give them a 1 star and write a bad review
their ability to rob or kill someone else drops dramatically

Isn't that how the police department works as well? I mean - instead of reviews, it's arrests.

So, we can rate Uber drivers in the afterlife? Nice. It would suck being the driver's first victim though.

Do Taxi companies require it? If so then yes Uber and Lyft should too. But if not then no they shouldn't.
