Absolutely...When you get a team loaded up on picks like that they're not as afraid to move up: re; us and Jonathon Sullivan. Not that I want to bring up nightmares like that, but that's the kind of thing that could work to our favor this year.

Exactly, and not only Austin, i think theres a small chance Cordarrelle Patterson drops to 15 which increases our chances of being able to trade with Vikings.

Anyway i agree completely with the leader of this poll, Loomis and SP will have their draft board, and unless one of their top 5-8 guys falls to our pick we should look to trade down and accumilate value. If theres no takers or decent offers then take the BPA, which is exactly what i think our front office will do.

Saints were projected to get a late first round and 2nd round pick before the judgement was handed down by Goodell (and the Saints were expected to be a SB contender in 2012), so we would be back to that exact same scenario.
