so...when you're are is immobilized and then in rehab, does your SO...how can i put this...does she...'help' more?

I used Dr Geissler at UMMC for this surgery. My first shoulder surgery was done by Savoie and was done through MS Sports Medicine, but he is now at Tulane. My ankle surgery was done though Capital Orthopedics. So, I've covered all 3 clinics now for my 3 surgeries

Rehab is horrible. Lifting 2lbs over your head will be harder than you realize

I cannot even raise my arm to 30 degrees yet, much less just getting my arm over my head
