Since it was an interception, it should have been unnecessary roughness (1 Viewer)

I’m talking about the reception by Cook that led to the interception. Since it was ruled an interception rather than a fumble, it’s logically impossible not to throw a flag for unnecessary roughness. Cook was hit from his blind side (also with a helmet to helmet). An because they ruled he didn’t have possession of the ball, he was a defenseless receiver.
