If I told you in July that the Saints leading rusher after two games would be a guy with a four-letter last name starting with B, you would have thought Reggie Bush finally turned the corner. But it's Bell who's consistently making the corner, and heading up field. The onetime Broncos rookie star has 229 yards rushing so far, ranking fourth in the league behind the more celebrated Adrian Peterson, Chris Johnson and Frank Gore...

...and what would Bell's ranking be had he not gone down with an injury? :grumpy:

Thanks for the find, Kfran.

:gosaints:

I know...I think he was good for another 30 - 50 yards in that game.

If this guy get's back to his 2005 form where he had 9 interceptions in 14 games he'll win the comeback player of the year award. This guy played 16 games last year and had one.

Brady will get that award even if he plays mediocre the rest of the year.

Cadillac Williams looks like a good candidate for comeback player.

Yes, with due respect to Mike Bell, Darren has made a much huge impact!

no

if bell doesnt run the ball ... well, brees wouldnt be able to put this kind of numbers ... the interceptions number would be much higher ...!!!

if you watched both games ... we could run the ball without any problems in any time of the game ... and thats huge ... even with 8 man in the box, we made plays

bell can make a fast cut and move piles ... bush cant, pierre cant ... I hope hamilton can ..!!
