Are my top qbs after Burrow, Tua, and Herbert.

I wouldn't mind getting 2 of those QBs as long as Fine is one of them.

I'll put it this way.

Fine might have the quickest release and pre-snap read ability in the draft. His decision-making, Footwork, ball-placement, and touch is right up there with Burrow, Tagovilloa, and Gordon.

Those 4 are tops between the ears when it comes to reading defense and being smart and Fine might be as good as any of them at that.

I even Like Fine better than James Morgan because I think that he has more big play ability and nuance to his game.
