We can pay them each above vet min and it won't make a difference because of the cap hit we take from each. Shame we didn't use our June 1st cut on Smith and free up some extra room for someone that can actually contribute. Oh well it'll be good for his health to jog around in TC.

Everyone freaking out needs to simmer down, we don't know the details yet.

What if they restructured so that the cap hit is the same as what it would have been if they were out right cut? What if their pay cut actually gives MORE room then if they were released? Why not keep them around if the price is right? They are leaders, and by taking a pay cut they've shown a desire to be here, let's give everyone the benefit of the doubt before we jump off a cliff.
