Absolutely!! All the puns about his names were novel, but seeing his character has me really excited and pulling for him and hoping for a future with the saints!

Yep. This gives the franchise an excuse to “redshirt” him, let him get really comfortable with the playbook, attend meetings, learn to be a pro, and be ready to rock next July.

Sad to see he has to miss the season. The only consolation to this is if he wouldn't have made the final cuts, he would have never made it through waivers to land on the PS. If he did make it to the PS some team would have claimed him. Now that he's on the IR he's safe. I wonder how many other talented rookies will end up on IR .
