I don't normally endorse items, but because it has helped me tremendously, I have to say the "PureSleep" mouth piece has been a savior for me. My wife was at the point of making me take one of those sleep test. I tried everything. Sprays, strips etc,,,Most of it worked, a little, for a while....PureSleep works the best...if you can keep it in your mouth...
