'The Siege of Jadotville' True story about Irish UN peacekeepers in the Republic of Congo in the 60's who are attacked by mercs and hold them off as long as they can.

'Our World War' BBC 3 part miniseries about true WWI events created using personal testimonies and written documents. They obviously tried to make the episodes relevant to a younger audience by how the episodes are filmed/music/graphics, but it does paint a very clear picture about how brutal of a meat grinder that war was...

Yes I did. My parents are Colombian and I lived there for a yr. The slang is spot on lol...
