I think Southern Discomfort fits as the nickname of this D-line. The amount of pressures they generate on opposing QB’s is insane easily leading the league and possibly historically good. What do ya’ll think.

You're not wrong but still. I've been pushing for Nasty Boys for weeks now and here you come with another awesome nickname that's probably equal to or greater than mine. Doesn't seem fair.

Just being honest, but I'm not a fan. Doesn't sound like you are referring to a group. And the "Discomfort" thing kinda feels awkward.

vs.

"The Southern Discomfort was awesome."

I'd feel awkward saying that. Sounds like I'm being sarcastic about an itch.
