Finally got mine in the mail today.

I purchased two as well.

I got an email immediately after I ordered them three weeks ago, and that was the only one I received.

They also charged my credit card immediately because the transaction was in my pending transactions, but it didn't clear right away and it fell off my pending transactions. It was then charged again and the payment finally cleared on the 2nd. Check your card to see when your payment cleared. The merchant is listed as Sports Illustrated.

I think we're in the same part of the country, so I would think you should be getting yours pretty soon if you ordered around the same time I did.
