Start or sit him? Or should I start Olsen instead?

I am starting Gronk, but that's only because my options aren't great at TE. I'd probably start Gronk over any other TE except for Olsen this week(Graham, Kelce and Fleener have byes) based solely on potential for a big game. I would start Olsen this week with Gronk at less than 100%. Cam loves him if he starts and Anderson would use him as his safety valve if Cam is out.
