Updating previous posts I've made in regards to the starting offense and defense, as well as key backups and rotational players, here is my current prediction, based on the information we got from OTA's.
Notes on colours and outlines: Players in black and gold are projected starting 11 or key rotational players (based on last year's snap counts or obvious investment during free agency). Players in white and black are key backups. Players with a green outline are signed free agents. Players with blue outline are rookies. Penning has an orange outline since he is a starter playing a new position. Players in bold had the highest snap counts last year.

OFFENSE: Most important piece of news was the LG spot. It's safe to say Penning is being thought of as the starting LG for the season. We know this because he started at LG in OTA's and there were no reports of the team switching players at that position. At QB, there is no clear QB 1 so we can keep Rattler and Shough there. It also seems safe to say that, barring injury, we are looking at QB 1 and QB 2 either way.
I stuck with Means, D Peoples Jones and Pettis as main backups at WR. I think Wilson will be the odd man out, if they even decide to keep 6 players at the position. I base this on reports of Peoples Jones and Pettis being regular performers. Haven't heard anything of Wilson.
At RB: there is no clear RB 2 and 3, but some people seem very impressed with the way Miller is looking, and, as we know, they are giving him a "clean slate". My guess is the team will role with him and Neal. I'm intrigued with Velus Jones Jr, don't know yet if they are thinking of him as a special teams contributor or as a Deebo Samuels type of player.

DEFENSE: No major changes since last time I posted a depth chart. But we know that Stutsman shined at OTA's, so he can be projected as LB 3 right now. We know that Alontae Taylor will definitely play some sort of "star" role, switching between outside and nickel play. We also got the news that Ugo Amadi has been the main nickel player subbing with Taylor. I removed Foskey as a DE rotational player because we've heard zero from him, so I imagine there is a wide open competition for rotational pass rush. I added Rejzhon Wright at backup CB because he stood out in OTA's (he's been targeted a lot, and also pulled in an interception).
I think overall there are less spots available for offensive players to make the final 53. On the defensive side, there is still a lot of work to be done to build the final dline rotation.
Thoughts? did I miss something? do you agree?
