Yep, which is why I rarely watch network TV anymore. I still watch NCIS and FBI when I have the chance but otherwise it is the history, science, or discovery channel unless the is an NFL game or Nascar on.

Did Heyward do what I thought I saw him do? Did he intentionally hit Herbert in the stomach?

Heyward deserved that flag with jumping back on Herbet with basically a punch to the stomach. I could see it if he went after the gut that tried to pull him off Hebert but NOT Hebert that did nothing wrong.
