2017-crushed an AFC playoff contender by 37 on the road (Buffalo)

2018-crushed an AFC playoff contender by 37 on the road (Cincinnati)

2017-return home for a 4-5 NFC East team (Washington)

2018-return home for a 4-5 NFC East team (Philadelphia)

2017-9-point favorites vs. Washington
2018-9-point favorites vs. Philly

I’ll take another win any way we can get it. But I’d PREFER a more comfortable game than that one was if at all possible.

It's gonna be a tougher game than we expect, for sure.

Yeah, the 2017 Redskins weren't the defending champs. The Eagles backs are against the wall and a win over the top of the NFC (us!) would go a long way in "salvaging" their season.

We will get their best shot and Pederson will be pulling out all the stops to get the W. if we come out flat, it'll be a tough day.

Still think we win because we are better. But we have to play our best.

This. Agreed.

Eagles have to play sixteen Super Bowls this season, they're getting everybody's best shot, doesn't matter if they're desperate if they win it won't be because they didn't get our best game.

Let’s hope what happened AFTER the Redskins game last year isn’t the same result this year.....

2017 - team was 7-2 (3-1 on the road, 4-1 at home) against a lesser schedule
2018 - team is 8-1 (5-0 on the road, 3-1 at home) against a much tougher schedule

This is what gives me confidence despite a tougher opponent. +1

This will be a tough game. Make no mistake, the iggles want this win, need this win, and have worked up their best game plan for us. Let's hope the Saints want it just as bad. The toughest team will win, not necessarily the best.
