Make sure Hightower still gets his share of carries. He's still better at consistently keeping the Saints on schedule in the running game. Ingram had a great game today, but the SF run defense is really bad and our OL was opening big holes today. On the 75 yd run, you could have run a freight train through that hole. Give Ingram credit for breaking it to the outside and showing very good straight line speed to get to the end zone. Ingram ran hard, like he always does, and the designed run lanes were often open in this game.

He still needs huge holes to be effective. Stay with Hightower as starter.

I have no questions whatsoever about Ingram's motivation. This guy comes to work hard every week. If you want to question his ability, that's another thing. But at this point questioning his work ethic should be out of bounds.
