Roberts and Gorsutch dissenting is a good sign. And screw Kavanaugh, you knew he was going to uphold this.

For Gorsuch to not only vote in favor of it (along with the four liberal justices and Chief Justice Roberts) but actually write the opinion is interesting. The Alito/Thomas/Kavanaugh dissent is 100 pages long, lol.

Agreed. Huge (and somewhat surprising) decision here.
 
I'm going to seek out some guidance on this, but I think this is the type of post that we want over on MAP, not here. It's a bit of our gray zone right now, but we are actively discussing the boundaries.

Works for me. I felt like Gorsuch would be a good pick and he's proving to be a pivotal justice. I'm actually not all that surprised. Good for him.
