For winning at least five or six more games from 06:

Green Bay: from 8-8 to 13-3
Cleveland: from 4-12 to 10-6
Tampa Bay: from 4-12 to 9-7

For losing five or more:

Miami: from 6-10 to 1-15
St. Louis: from 8-8 to 3-13
NY Jets: from 10-6 to 4-12
Kansas City: from 9-7 to 4-12
Baltimore: from 13-3 to 5-11
Chicago: from 13-3 to 7-9

We should learn from their stories, both success and failures.

Saints were my biggest surprise team of 2007.

I have to say Jeff Fisher has to be one of the most underrated coaches out there. In 06, TN went 8-8 with a rookie QB after starting the season 0-5 then 2-7. Then they went through the Pacman Jones crap. Then this year, they go 10-6 and make the playoffs in one of the toughest divisions in football.
