System Linking X-Box360s GOW3 (1 Viewer)

Having trouble sytem linking consoles as it relates to GOW3. Keep getting the "Connection to host lost" message. Both consoles are 360, both game discs are the same, linked with an ethernet cord.

I have been doing some research on-line and apparently there is some problem with GOW3 but I can't seem to find a solution.

I was on the phone with X-Box help and they tried a few things but no dice.

Anyone have any experience with this?
