For all of you that are stuck at home watching the game instead of in the dome (or you lucky tailgaters). Here's a perfect way to start your sunday pre game. This is as close as your gonna get to those wonderful, blood thinning bloody mary's you get in the dome. Enjoy

Cajun Bloody Mary<O:p></O:p>

Ingredients<O:p></O:p>
<O:p></O:p>
1. 1 1/2 cups tomato juice <O:p></O:p>
2. 1 cup vodka <O:p></O:p>
3. 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice <O:p></O:p>
4. 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice <O:p></O:p>
5. 1/2 tablespoon jalapeno juice <O:p></O:p>
6. 1/4 teaspoon prepared horseradish (or to taste)<O:p></O:p>
7. 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce <O:p></O:p>
8. 2 teaspoons Tabasco (No substitute) <O:p></O:p>
9. 1 teaspoons Creole Seasoning (See below) <O:p></O:p>
10. 1 teaspoon Blackening seasoning <O:p></O:p>
11. 1/2 teaspoon celery seed 12. 1/2 teaspoon salt <O:p></O:p>
13. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper <O:p></O:p>
14. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper<O:p></O:p>

Directions<O:p></O:p>

Combine all ingredients and blend. Refrigerate until well chilled. Serve over ice with pickled string beans or okra, lemon wedge and green olive for garnish.<O:p></O:p>

Creole Seasoning <O:p></O:p>

2 1/2 tablespoons paprika <O:p></O:p>
2 tablespoons salt <O:p></O:p>
2 tablespoons garlic powder <O:p></O:p>
1 tablespoon black pepper <O:p></O:p>
1 tablespoon onion powder <O:p></O:p>
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper <O:p></O:p>
1 tablespoon dried oregano <O:p></O:p>
1 tablespoon dried thyme <O:p></O:p>
<O:p> </O:p>
Combine all ingredients thoroughly. <O:p></O:p>

Yield: 2/3 cup <O:p></O:p>
*Emeril’s essence will do also.

Where did you find that recipe? I.5 cups of mix to 1 cup of vodka is waaaaaay too much.

I got Zing Zang at my local Package Store 2 weeks ago in Ga. It is the real deal!

I do know that Zing Zang is sold here in Little Rock as well. So glad I don't have to drive jugs of it back to the 'Rock. :) The OP forgot the spicy beans and olives....

Last time I Zing Zang bloody marys on a Sunday, I had the 1st one at 10:30AM. Didn't finish the last one. Went to bed at 12:30PM. Woke up at 5:30PM and wondered what the hell happened. I zanged my zing real good.
