With 31 other teams, we are not watching this video. Hill would be sitting on the sidelines, twiddling his thumbs behind another starter.

Instead, Payton's genius plan has a young QB studying under DB9 while attending meetings with virtually every position set, force-feeding incredible football knowledge. Keeping him with the 1's during the game planning and prep keeps him much more involved than the average back-up.

I will be absolutely crushed if TH7 is not in the black and gold next year.
