There is a guy by cafe du monde. my lil brother said he looked through and saw saturn. i always heard this guy hustles people is that true? anyone ever seen or heard of this guy?

heck yeah, when I was a kid and the family would go down there, I would always wait in line to look thru. Jupiter, Saturn etc. It was pretty cool. Back then I think it was $1. ( late 70's eraly 80s )

Well....I haven't been down there in a while, but if I recall correctly, he had a scope that was about 10" in diameter or so.

Last night, I had my little 4" scope out, and I could clearly see Saturn and a couple of moons...so, I would assume his scope could see it much more clearly.
