From a Raiders Facebook page. Interesting chart.

And yet, despite these provocations, immense, unavoidable, bitterly displayed sentiments of disrespect, possible clandestine, backroom screwjobs, they have won 3 Super Bowls, played in 5 overall, literally have their own wing of HOF players inducted into Canton, no one can't seriously deny nor dispute the historical greatness of the Oakland Raiders.

The pride and poise, as well as countless late hits, borderline dirty, questionable tackles, clubbing and systemic, organizational-level encouragement and support of cheating or bending NFL rules. Jack Tatum hitting Daryl Stingley with the crown of his helmet upwards that it permanently paralyzed him during a 1978 pre-season game. Al Davis' bewildering, sudden and seemingly psychotic decision to start hating Marcus Allen around the start of the 1987 season and periodically benched him for the next 5 years while bringing in top-notch RB's like Bo Jackson, Eric Dickerson, etc while refusing to trade Allen until he was too old to contribute to another NFL roster.

Al Davis' reported feud or dislike towards Tim Brown because he hated NFL players who graduated from Notre Dame and this perception from Davis that ND graduates "too smart" and difficult to deal with, whatever the hell that was supposed to mean in Davis' delirious, warped mind by the early 90's.

Well said!

I hope those weren’t Allen years. Couldn’t clean it up I guess

2012-2014 (first 4 games) so no.

Art Shell (1993-94), Mike White (1996), Norv Turner (2005), Tom Cable (2010), Hue Jackson (2011), and Jack Del Rio (2016) were the coaches of those teams.
Thanks Alan

Art Shell started his tenure as LA Raiders HC in November 1989-1994, then came back for a failed one-year tenure in 2006. Its been reported and stated by several Raiders insiders, commentators and analysts that Al Davis regretted firing Shell originally after the 1994 season, saying it was “a rash decision” because in Shell’s original 5 1/2 year tenure, Raiders made postseason three times, got as far as the AFCCG in 1990. They were actually a pretty decent, competitive team, far better than what they’d turn out to be for the rest of the 1990’s, and essentially post-2002 until relocation.

If Hue Jackson hadn’t preceded to throw his entire team underneath the proverbial bus after the 2011 season in a post-game press conference, he might’ve stayed longer.

Needed more eyes and bandaids....
