Bro's has really gone downhill the past few years. The quality just isn't that good anymore. If you want to eat authentic Cajun, you're going to have to drive about 15 miles south to Franklin. There's a place called Papa Boudreaux's. Outsanding food.

Wraith, I am going to have to disagree with you with regard to Papa Boudreaux's. I have tried it twice, hoping they were just off there game the first time, but the second visit was worst than the first. After talking to him I think he is an imitation cajun at best, didn't know much about Louisiana from what I remember. On the last visit, I couldn't even finish the meal.
