Thanksgiving Day Football (1 Viewer)

For some 40 years I've been watching Football games on Thanksgiving Day that for the most part I could care absolutely nothing about.

Now on top of everything that can get crazy about Thanksgiving is compounded with a big Saints Football game smack dab in the middle of Thanksgiving.

I just don't see how this can work. I can see it now.. the wife hollering about how we need this or do that. All the while me and my boys and the rest of the gang that watches the games at my place would be completely indifferent to anything that did not pertain to the Saints vs. Cowboys game.

I only see one solution move Thanksgiving to Friday

All this means to me is that I get to eat a leftover turkey sandwich while watching the game. Very nice.

Yeah, if this was years past.. with Thanksgiving at my mother's house.. Thanksgiving meal would be over by game time. Just don't see us pulling that off in MY house
