If there is one franchise that is experiencing a complete overhaul right now it has to be the New Orleans Pelicans. Out of nowhere, the team hired David Griffin to become the ball clubs Executive Vice President of Basketball Operations. Griffin has a track record of success due to his tenure with the LeBron James led Cleveland Cavaliers.
