With the 5th pick in the 2008 NFL Draft, the New Orleans Saints select Glenn Dorsey, DT, LSU.

I hate that the draft started so much later this year! It's going to be well after midnight when the saint's pick were I am.

Ah, way over in Moscow...hey, It will be worth staying up for if it is Dorsey! I watched him play the last 4 years and he is by far the best LSU defensive player during that time(if not ever) and that is saying a lot with all the great defenses LSU had.

Yeah I saw him play a lot. I left for Moscow shortly after the national championship too. I'm selfishly hoping that we trade up to #2 just so I can go to bed at a reasonable hour . . .

It's a shame too, I love the draft and make a whole weekend out of it usually. This year is tough, but next year I should be back in the US so it'll be a holiday once again!
