Ok, now that all the euphoria from the Giants game and yesterdays Philly win has gone down a little (but not too much), it got me to thinking. Yes, the 1st ever playoff game against Minny in '87 was big. The playoff win against the Lambs in 2000 was bigger. Nobody has to tell me how massive the MNF game vs Atlanta this year was, I guess now #1 on this list...but the bye week has now given us an unprecedented opportunity here. We are 1 win away from an NFC Championship game...and its a HOME GAME. This, to me, trumps everything else...

The divisional round game on Jan 13/14 will be biggest football game in the history of the organization and the Superdome. The Carolina game next week is pretty much going to be a 3 hour "Thank You" to what this team has done for all the long suffering loyal Who Dats that have put up with so much heartache over the last 40 years (and especially last year)...after that, its down to serious business...WINNING IT ALL!!

Just dont wake me up...

It won't be easy but we can do it. This is the best chance we have ever had to make it to the SuperBowl. I'm with you, just don't wake me up.

I'm in Atlanta for Xmas and its great. My brother and I are weearing Saints jerseys to the Thrashers hockey game tonight.

A 3 hour thank-you, I like that!

Followed by a 13 day thank you, followed by a 2nd round playoff win thank you..........................................

Who Dat!?!?!

Hey man...I wore my Bush #25 to the Thrashers game a few days after we kicked the crap out of the Cowboys! Unfortunately, the Thrashers got beat to by the Ducks that night, but I was representing the Saints for sure!

I think the biggest win of the year was the Cowboys game. It's what got all this rolling towards this bye week. It was on a national stage. Nobody was giving us a chance. It was Cowboys, Cowboys, Cowboys all week long. We showed America this wasn't just a team riding on emotion any longer. This was a legit contender for the Super Bowl. And after giving up that long run, we played the rest of the game to near perfection. It was a thing of beauty.

I would say the Giants game was the 2nd biggest game, coming off of the huge letdown against Washington. It was the game that showed what we were made of. We passed with flying colors.

dallas game, a very close second b/c the atlanta game was bigger for the city

I absolutely wish I could be there for the playoff game. That place is going to be nuts! I'm so proud of these guys and the entire city. They've kept their focus this whole season and they know what they have to do now.

As for the Panther game, I just want to see everyone come out of it healthy (and a win wouldn't be bad either)...

I have been so hyped the past 24 hours. I just booked my flights and am looking for a HUGE weekend in NO!!!

I am also hoping for a Saints win and a Bears loss..... because I will cancel my return flight and stay through the week!!!

I put 1000 bucks on the Saints to win the Superbowl last July... the odds were 735:1

How badly I want to see the Bears take it on the chin in their opening game!

The euphoria that we would see in the Dome after winning the NFC Championship game would be beyond description!!!

I just want this miracle season to come to it's complete finish with a Saints victory in Miami!

:9:

I think my heart can take it! ;)
