Jury selection started this AM. Now that is expected to take a while since the jury will be sequestered during the trial.

I guess it'll be a couple days before the testimony actually begins.

Are they sure he isn't there for his own legal issues? I know he was charged with fraud for accepting Section 8 vouchers for three years after he'd made it big. I haven't been following the story closely but I know it hasn't completely gone away yet though I think it all may be in Federal court at this point, so maybe he is there for this trial...for whatever reason.
