Not to take attention away from the Jets showdown, but was anyone else a little unnerved to read that Jeff Garcia was cut by the Eagles this week? I can't shake a nagging feeling that he's going to turn up somewhere (Tampa Bay? Carolina?) just long enough to torture us in a game this season. Can't this guy retire already?

I actually respect Garcia and his ability. He has always been a gamer. I do not want to see him in Carolina or Tampa Bay. St Louis and Seattle are also viable options as both coaches are familiar with him and might could use the help.
