Oysters

I haven't had fresh shucked oysters on the half shell with some lemon and cocktail or hot sauce in 25 years or so. Now that's something I'd love to eat if I could find a place here that serves that. Maybe I'll see if there's a local store that sells them and I could prep myself.

A memory that sticks with me is when I helped my dad shuck oysters at my grandmother's house. I was probably 12 back then. Good times.
