The Last # 1 seed To Win A Playoff Game... (1 Viewer)

And next year, we will be the only #1 seed to win a playoff game in since the SB44. :9:

Well, Indy won the AFCCG with the #1 Seed. But yeah, we played later in the day, so technically we are the "last" team to have accomplished this feat.

Not trying to be a buzzkill, I swear. :)

...and then we beat them two weeks later. So we've won two playoff games since the last #1 seed won one.

I don't really consider the SB a "playoff game" but I get what you're saying. :)

YES!! Go Steelers all the way so we can stay The last NFC Team to win the SuperBowl! :9:

Also, since Sean Payton and Drew Brees got here, the Saints are the only NFC South team win a playoff game.

Saints: 4-2
Falcons: 0-2
Panthers: 0-1
Bucs: 0-1

I'm all about appreciating what happened last year. I'm just not all about reliving it with meaningless stats. If the AFC wins the next 5 Super Bowls, do you really wear it as a badge of honor that we were the most recent NFC team to win one? I certainly don't. For now, we're the only team to lose in the playoffs to a team with a losing record. Let's erase that memory with a SB title next year.
