its funny how if we just see mouths moving, our brains will make the words match fairly well. But finding Beavis lines for every situation is indeed art lol. I believe they found a way to polish a turd after all.

In the description he thanks his sister for doing to “lip syncing and character masking” - so I think they actually did make the mouths move with the dialogue.
