I saw it and liked it. If you go in wanting to see it for what it really is, a movie not to be taken serious as an artistic piece, then you'll be fine.

The fight scene had me literally laughing out loud.

i thought the same thing and found the trailers pedantic.....
It is actually really funny and the Flash Gordon references had me rollin'......

VERY FUNNY and I enjoyed it completely up until Mila Kunis breaks up with him. Then it turned into every other by-the-numbers romantic comedy (lame)

Rip off of Wilfred

Not at all really. He rips off his own "Family Guy" style of humor and Brian the dog character (who acts and gets treated like a person, even though he isn't). But I didn't see it as ripping off "Wilfred" at all. Only Elijah Wood can understand/speak to Wilfred (and see him as human). That's not the case with Ted.

If you think you would like an extremely uncensored Family Guy, you will like this. If you can't sit through two episodes of that show...pass.

Yea, the movie did seem to last a long time. How long is it actually?

Saw it on Friday and thought it was great. Wife liked it as well. The humor is kind of like Monty Python, either you love it or you don't. Well worth watching if you are a fan of Family Guy.

Like someone mentioned earlier, maybe it was a tad bit too long. 4 out of 5.

Nah its just distorting people's childhood memories using Ted to create adult situations, mannerisms, and humor. Only problem is that it has already been done to perfection (see avatar). Seth hasn't had an original idea since early Family Guy.
