This guy must be really strong. A lot of those D-linemen just crumble after he hits them and then if that doesn't work, it looks like he torques them into the ground. He's doing this as a young man, wait until he adds more weight and gets that grown man strength.
First thing I noticed is his feet and how that allows him to square up effortlessly. Kid has an interesting skill set coming in

I'll watch it again later and check his feet. I just thought it was interesting how almost every guy he went against just crumbled after impact. It's like he was significantly more powerful than they were.

Alright. If he works out, this could help Deonte just concentrate on being a WR for us b/c we really could use Deonte more. He just keeps getting hurt which hurts us.
I’ll keep saying it, Deonte will continue to be banged if we continue to try and utilize him as a WR. He’s just too small.

I hope Stevie Scott and Trill Williams make the team. They look special. We can use depth at both of those positions. Trill looks like a good replacement for Malcolm Jenkins in the future. And we need a replacement for Latavius Murray. Scott is faster and more agile.

Just a quick reminder, of the 12 UDFA we signed last year, 2 saw significant action (Roach and Callaway), one saw action in several games (JJohnson).....and Gillikin and Tony Jones are still with the organization.

But MAAANNNN.... the rest of that OL stinks! It's a shame that 1/2 the plays in your highlight reel are for negative yards. wow.
This highlight reel reminds me of the one I saw on Jahri Evans coming out of Bloomsburg. A man amongst boys. You'll be craving pancakes after watching.

At his pro day - RB Stevie Scott ran a 4.66 forty and the short shuttle of 4.57 (source - Hoosiers Now, official pro day results) And everyone knows that your pro day is where you see the fastest of your forty times. So he's the type of RB that would likely have run between 4.70 to 4.73 if at the Indy combine.

In comparison, at Latavius Murray's pro day, he clocked a 4.38 forty time and 4.36 short shuttle (source Wikipedia)

So before the "camp beast" proclamations begin... just a little dose of reality.

LM is a straight up athletic beast, for a guy his size he posted some of the best cone/shuttle and 40 times ever seen. I still think he should get more touches in our offense....it is silly to compare this kid to him, athletically they are not similar in any way....

The comparison between Murray and Scott stops after you get past their size. Murray is still much faster than Scott I’m sure... but that doesn’t mean Scott isn’t any good.
He’s a power RB that pounds the ball into a defense. He also has a nose for the end zone.

I-formation sets with Murray or Scott and Alex Armah leading the way are going to be able to hammer out short yardage situations very consistently.
