I think you will get more production from Clark, than someone in the draft especially at number 29.
Signing him will free up the Saints to focus primarily on offense for the draft.
The signing of Carr dictates the need for N.O to surround him with as many weapons as possible.
As the chiefs proved last year, it is much easier to win with mediocre talent on Defense and a great offense vs having a mediocre offense and a great defense
