I was aware of this and had the same sort of reaction. I couldn't believe those folks would be nonchalant about them approaching like that. They told us the Roo's will balance back on the tail and use both of those powerful legs to rip your stomach open via hind claws.

IDK, maybe the courts in that area are slightly more normalized to humans and not so dangerous. Where I was at the time was closer to Uluru than the coast and conditions were much more primitive than seen in that clip.

they are wild butt crevasses like their neighbour the koala. i'm glad we didn't have that problem. we just had snakes, lots and lots of snakes.
