From owner to gm, scouting, head coach, position coaches and coordinators, qbs, and every conceivable position on the field we have at least average to above average talent and even some elite. Is this the most complete Saints team and organization that weve ever had?

100%.
Even the 2009 year was a once in a lifetime type season.
But sustained excellence (yes, love another Super Bowl)....is right now.
47-11 since 2017
Setting records at QB
Coach that rescued us and been here now FIFTEEN SEASONS
One of the league recognized top GMs
Drafting/scouting like absolute beasts.
Super passionate fan bases.
National intrigue......my son is in college in little Milledgeville Ga.....and he’s seen EVERY GAME televised.....(on regularvTV, not NFL ticket)..... and we aren’t even the hometown team.
HOF QB goes out, 6-0 with back up QB.
This is when you are just steamrolling as an organization.
One more Super Bowl to solidify everything.

Believe that 47-11 should actually be 45-13. That is 37-11 from 2017-19, then 8-2 this season. 37-11 + 8-2 = 45-13.

We're living in the greatest run this organization has ever had. We very well may clamor for the "days of 2017-2020" years from now.

I would love and certainly hope that we keep this going for a long time. Like how the Steelers and Patriots seem to be an organization of sustained success.

Gayle Benson is the key! She has great people running the organization and they in turn appreciate her faith and trust in them. Seems to be more like a family then a business. Coach Payton could have uprooted and gone almost anywhere he wanted to, but he’s stayed loyal and certainly enjoys the flexibility he has earned when it comes to building the Saints in his vision.

I agree with this for both the Saints and Pelicans. Very impressed.

Man, how close did we get to never seeing this? Remember the offseason with the press conference when Payton said he wanted to stay if the Saints were willing to keep him? Was that 2016? Didn’t that prompt the coordinator changes?

Payton and Loomis met to discuss their future. Payton stayed on and fired like 5 coaches. But that meeting was crucial because there was apparently a chance that we would have mutually decided to part ways.

How does Tom Benson not get any credit. He hired everybody working there didn't he?
He spent his last five years setting up businesses to help support the team. To not give him any credit is wrong.
