Every sports show seems to be downplaying Taysom without actually seeing him play. I’ve followed Taysom since BYU and he can actually pass the ball. In my opinion, taysom has even looked better in the preseason than bridgewater the last couple years, but Payton wanted to use him in other ways. So teddy became the #2. If he comes out slinging it, that will give him more room to escape and gash the defense for 15-20 yards on runs.
