Slower burn (no pun) but it feels distinctly different, yet obviously familiar.
I (and my wife) really enjoyed it. Thought it was a quality set-up.

I almost never re-watch TWD episodes, but gave it a go after that rediculous GB v ATL game...it held up pretty dam well. I am looking forward to the peek into pre-apoc Paris tonight...should be interesting.

Easy to make a good spin-off when you can snatch up a good plot, right down to how the immunity came about. No sooner than I type this does Daryl start bonding with the kid
That said, I’m still enjoying it.

My son wanted to go start watching TWD. So we watched the first couple episodes from Season 1. There were plenty of times where i noticed the Walkers chaged. We all know about the little girl walker picking up the teddy bear, but i noticed the Walkers running, climbing fences and even using big rocks to bust out the glass doors at the Dept store building. I guess it made the writing harder if they had to continue to deal with that kind of Walkers through out ther show?

Ratings are really strong it appears, and I am enjoying it.

I am actually glad Carol opted out of this series. I'm not sure I could handle her flip flopping like Morgan.

Not a whole lot going on tonight, I mean some stuff, but pretty much just what was obvious.
Still solid TV watching, for me. I do like the sidetrack of the experimentation, etc.

In the post credits scene in World Beyond the scientist woman says her team was in Toledo Ohio at a conference when it all went down, is that the group that Daryl is hunting Walkers for and how he ends up in France?
