Saints has had historically one of the best seasons ever in NFL history in regards to 4th downs converted. A near NFL record 15 conversions in only 18 attempts (trivia question: list the 3 failed attempts). Philly from last season holds the record at 17 conversions (but took 29 attempts), but that also includes the playoffs. So the record is clearly within reach.

The Rams, on the other hand, are in the bottom quarter in the league this season.

My husband, from memory says, ravens (4th & goal), Dallas, last Carolina game.

Not interested in us breaking this record. I want to win the next two games by a wide enough margin that we don't even have any 4th down situations where there is any need to even consider going for it on 4th in either game.

I wonder if the TLL run was listed as a failed conversion, because he lost control of the ball at the first down marker.

Otherwise, I think that is correct.

Actually the TLL end around was a 3rd down play and the stats show we were 1 for 1 on conversions that game.

So still looking for that last failed conversion.
