Can you change your ringer so that if your wife calls w/ an emergency you'll know its her, but make it different for everyone else so you can ignore them until you've had a chance to watch it?

I had this problem a few years back. one of my buddies sent me a text with the wrong score. they said the saints got blown out and i was mad. it wasn't till next morning i watched sportscenter to find out it was the other way around. i wasted an entire day being MAD.
