Don't think it really will have any more effect than your usual market forces at play. Presidents don't have near as much power over the economy as most people think. They can influence around the margins and via policy, but all that gets passed through Congress. Fiscal policy via the Fed has far more influence than any President.
As long as rates remain near record lows and holds steady, I wouldn't expect to see huge changes in the housing market. Certainly there are local forces at play, so that has a big effect as well. Trump getting elected won't change much in that regard.
