Brandon 'Taz' Niederaur, a 12 yr old INSANE guitar player covering Dr. Dre w/ the Revivalists in NYC last night... he's already performed at Jazzfest, played w/ artists like The Allman Brothers, George Clinton and the P-Funk, Galactic, Dumpstaphunk, Living Colour, Scorpions, etc., and he's in Andrew Lloyd Webber's Broadway musical 'School of Rock'. All I can say is wow after watching this video (NSFW language)...

Scorpions (or the PA guys) were real *******s for muting his guitar and pretending he was actually being heard. I think they were afraid he was going to steal the show. The kid has real talent.

Yeah, I thought the same thing, for awhile I was like, why is he only playing rhythm guitar (b/c that was all I heard outside of Scorpions' main guitarist), and then I noticed he was shredding and I couldn't hear any of it...
