"I thought he was great [in his performance at the Combine]," Tomlinson said during an appearance on NFL Total Access. "The lateral movements that we talk about. Here’s a guy that’s an all-purpose type of guy. He can do a little bit of everything. Just look at the tape. Look at the lateral movement. It’s so good. He’s short and compact and has a low center of gravity when he runs, and then he has a burst through the whole [sic] that you really love. He gets up to the defenders so fast. Catching the ball out of the backfield is something we really wanted to see, and it was as advertised today."
If I had a choice... Edwards at RB in a trade down scenario
Pass on Fulton and Queen. Secondary has enough youth
Jefferson will be drafted before us.
I'm hoping for a player from the Duluth Bulldogs personally.
Because coming from Duluth would somehow add significance to his selection as a Saints player?
Hey man, don't pick on my love for the mighty Duluth. It's something I should be able to reference freely and frequently while posting on a Saints board, amirite?JERK!!!

FIFYHey man... love who you love.
geaux dawgs!
I’m also hoping for him to be our pick.Jefferson ... yes please.
Wouldn't mind Delpit but he and Jefferson probably gone before we pickI would not be made if we used our first round pick on Jefferson, Delpit, Fulton, Queen, or ah-hem... Joe freakin' Burrow.
lol on Joe.
An LSU guy nobody is really talking about is Chaisson. He's been dubbed a 3-4 OLB because of his size. Then he shows up at the combine 6' 3" 254 lbs. In our offense he'd be more of a situational pass rusher, but at the same time... a speed rusher which we really don't have on the roster. Not my pic for us, but interesting.
I like a few of LSU's OL and DL in rounds 2-4 and I'm big on Clyde Edwards-Helaire, especially if it looks like we may lose Kamara in 2020 or 2021. I think it could take 2 RBs to fill AK's role, but there are a few prospects who might be able to do it on their own. CEH is one of them. He came on strong at the end of the year in all 3 phases of the RB position. Running, receiving, and pass blocking. I think he'll go in the 3rd round, but earlier than we pick. It would take a trade up to get him, and I can't see that happening.
