They didn’t “let” him. He wouldn’t allow them near him until after the game. He wanted to stay out on the field with his teammates. He already knew he was hurt and probably that he’d miss some time. What difference did an hour or less make? He kept the pressure off it.So glad the medical team let him limp up and down the sideline instead of immediately taking him to the locker room and getting him evaluated. /s
