I enjoyed Drew calling the game way more than I enjoyed the game.

He is sort of "Full House" version Bob Saget dry at times, with clichés and all, but that's pretty much always been Drew when he has a microphone. That's just him and I don't find it bad myself.

I don’t think he did bad, but he didn’t do great either. There were a few hang ups between him and Tirico and I thought he sounded too intense at times. I’m sure he’ll learn and get better. Romo set such a high bar and I guess that’s what I compare everyone else to and that may be unfair.

I don't get the Romo appeal. He comes off as a know-it-all and no one likes a know-it-all. In fact he's probably the only one that gets to me. All of the others that people hate don't bother me. Well, Aikman is starting to bother me now too but that's still only 2 announcers.

Has anyone else noticed that Mark Schlereth or however you spell it sounds like Ronde Barber? Every time they show him in the booth I'm shocked that it's a white dude talking.

He’s not Romo, yet. He could be soon!

I wish him all the luck in the world but thats a really high bar and it's unlikely anyone matches it any time soon. Romo will probably make it into the Hall of Fame after all, just not the way he was dreaming 15 years ago
