Tickets Outside Dome (1 Viewer)

Some of these tickets prices are unreal. Has anyone had any experience buying tickets outside of the Dome? In the past the prices would bottom out just before kickoff. Is this still the case or do the potential buyers far outnumber the sellers to help support these prices through kickoff?

At the one game I've made this year (Philly), my buddy got an aisle seat on the 35, about 20 rows behind the Saints bench for $50 from some guy outside the Dome. I'm guessing that might be the exception rather than the rule, however.
