Did you guys see how the Giants fans left ONE freakin minute into the 4th Q. Could you leave Duece or Reggies or Archies last game at home as a Saint without a send off? He looked like he was going to cry on the sideline . Those fans are classless...the guy puts in 10 years of his life and they walk out on him with 14 MINUTES LEFT,,WOW thats all I can say...

WHO DAT !!

Yep, I couldn't believe the lack of respect they have for their players but then again their players are always hitting late or complaing about each other or their coach.

sad indeed....way to show him your support.

giant fans = falclown fans v2.

I see Saints fans leaving all the time before the end of the game. It reaches far beyond Tiki.

I'm actually a bit sad to see Tiki go out that way. I was hoping he'd have a big game, but the Saints would crush the Giants. I got the more important half of my wish. :D

I'm sure that most of those fans are still pretty upset that Tiki is calling it quits while he's still a top back in the league.

Only a win or a close finish by the Giants would have kept them around long enough to give Barber an appreciative sendoff.

Yeah but....would they on one of our stars last games?? I dont think so...JMO

Difference of opinion, but I absolutely think they would. No disrespect to Tiki, but to use his own words...he is just a character out there, playing the part of RB. There have been numerous Bonds, numerous Supermans, etc...each bring their own things to the table, but the franchise continues on after one leaves.

If the Saints were down 23, I am pretty positive people would leave...regardless. I'd like to think different, but right now I don't. Hopefully we don't run into that for a long time.

Who cares? They paid hardearned money for a ticket to a football game. If they want to leave early so be it. What has this got to do with disrespect for Tiki?

I was at the game and I thought the fans were going to riot. Fights between fans left and right. Shockey sprinted off the field right at the end. During half time there was a 10 minute tribute for Tiki and no one cared. Sad really. I wouldn't be surprised if fans were waiting outside with torches and pitchforks.

I think you hit the nail on the head there. Fans know that he has a lot of yards and TD's left in him, and while they may respect his choice, it is a little different than retiring after a long run with a team.

tiki really seems like a classy guy and i wish him the best in his broadcasting career.

The mans had a 10 year run with the team that seems pretty long with one team in today's NFL. Who care's if he is leaving yards and td's on the field as long as the guy can still walk after retirement. Your telling me if Duece decides to call it quits three or four years from now you wouldn't be appreciative and hold it agaisnt' him that he is getting out "healthy"?

I would be totally appreciative of Deuce if he retired after 10 years with the Saints. I'm just saying that was probably a factor behind the Giants fans not sticking around to cheer him. Of course the late season meltdown and humilation against us were definitely larger factors.
